If you are not satisfied with any of our products, our professionals are here to guide you to our return centre. We are happy to assist you in any conditions.

  • Eligibility for Returns – You can return any diya, lamp or decorative piece within seven days of getting your products. The product to be returned should not be broken or damaged. The product shouldn’t be used and should be returned to the delivery partner in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Digital products or downloads
    • Gift cards
    • Items purchased during sale or promotions

Return Process

If you want to return any product from our website, please contact our support team at support@kailashi.com. Along with that, make sure to mail us through your registered number and list the reason for return. Once your product undergoes a quality check, our team will provide you with a shipping address. Lastly, remember that customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred during returns.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive any incorrect item or damaged products by our delivery services, you can contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order details and full information about the products that will help us to replace them promptly.


Refund Policy

To make your experience more happy and smooth, we have our experienced staff at your service. In case of damaged goods and products, we are here to provide you with partial or complete refund for peace of mind.

  • Refund Eligibility

Once you submit your request for refund, our team verifies your claim and proceeds to initiate the refund process. Upon approval, the refund is processed to the original source and the recipient is informed about the updates via SMS or WhatsApp messages. The credit is automatically generated to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds

In this case, if you haven’t recovered the amount within the 7-10 business days, the user is informed to check within the bank. Then, if you have used the credit card, then check the company as well. It might take extra days before the refund is officially reflected on the account. In other circumstances, all the methods are verified, yet the amount is not credited then, please mail us at support@kailashi.com for further assistance.

  • Refunds for Digital Products

As per our return policy, digital products and those consumed during the sale period are non refundable unless stated.
