Processing Time
- Your orders reach you within a span of 1-2 business days which doesn’t include weekends and public holidays.
- Processing of the orders that are placed after 5 PM takes place the next day.
- Processing times may be slightly delayed due to high demand during festive seasons or promotions.
Methods Available for Shipping and Timeframe
- At Kailashi, we depend on reliable partners to ship our products across India. The time in which your product will be delivered depends on your location:
- Metros: 2-5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote Places: 5-10 business days
Note: The given time frames are subject to variation when taken into account unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Cost
- A free shipping is applicable on orders that are above 999 and prepaid.
- For an order that has a value of below 999 an additional fee of 49 is charged.
- The order that have cash on delivery as their payment mode and additional service fee is charged.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been shipped and is out for delivery, you will get a confirmation SMS that has a tracking number and link.
International Shipping
Kailashi.com doesn’t offer international deliveries at this point, it ships across India only.
Undeliverable Packages
When a delivery attempt fails, or there is a wrong address, or you have to refuse to accept the delivery, we always notify you about everything. In such cases re shipping charges apply for a second attempt.
Missing or Damaged Products
In case, you receive an order that is delivered damaged or items are missing:
- You can contact us within 48 hours of getting the package.
- Get the photograph of packaging and items.
- We will further investigate and give a resolution that may include a gift or refund.
Uncontrollable Delays
